Time saved
AI handles repetitive tasks, and the team focuses on work that needs people.
Implementing AI in a company makes sense when, after a month, you can see the hours saved. We automate repetitive tasks, build chatbots on company data and connect AI to the tools your team already uses.

Our offer
A ChatGPT licence for every employee is only the beginning. Real implementation starts when a language model gets a specific job, such as answering enquiries or preparing a proposal, and works on your data, in your tools.
First, a review of your processes. We look for repetitive tasks based on text or data that take up most of your team's time, and we calculate how many hours they cost today. Sometimes ordinary automation without any AI is enough, and then we say so plainly.
Then the build. It can be an assistant that answers based on your documentation, or an automation connecting AI with your CRM and email. Sometimes an agent that carries out several steps on its own. We first test every solution on real cases from recent weeks. Only when the answers are good do we hand it over to the team.

Who it's for
Companies gain fastest when someone spends hours every day retyping, replying and copying and pasting.
“What's the delivery time?”, “Can I change the date?” An AI assistant answers questions like these immediately, based on your knowledge base. It passes harder cases on to a person.
A salesperson spends half a day on a proposal that largely repeats the previous one. AI puts together a draft from the enquiry and CRM data, and the salesperson refines it.
Invoices, contracts, complaints. AI extracts the data you need and enters it where it belongs. Nobody retypes it by hand.
A weekly report, a hundred product descriptions, a campaign summary. AI takes over the repetitive part, and the team keeps the decisions.
You want to add AI to your application, such as smart search or an assistant. We design it together with the UX, because a feature nobody notices achieves nothing.
You don't have an IT person but want to use AI. We start with one process and a solution you can run without a developer.
What you get
Just “having AI” changes nothing. What changes things is how many hours the team gets back.
AI handles repetitive tasks, and the team focuses on work that needs people.
Customers get an answer right away, also outside working hours.

Data from documents goes into the system automatically, and a person checks the exceptions.
Integration with your CRM, email and website instead of another app to learn.
We agree which data goes to the model and where it is processed.
We measure time, costs and answer quality before and after implementation.

Facts and figures
AI is already standard in large companies. In Poland most businesses are only getting started, which is an advantage for those who move now.
88%
of organizations regularly use AI in at least one business function (McKinsey, 2025)
20%
of enterprises in the European Union used AI technologies in 2025 (Eurostat)
8.4%
of Polish enterprises used AI in 2025, one of the lowest results in the EU (Eurostat)
23%
of organizations are already scaling AI agents, and another 39% are experimenting with them (McKinsey, 2025)
How we work
We start with one process, check the result, then scale.
Processes and goals
Where does your team lose the most time? What data do you already have? We also agree how we will measure success.

Choosing use cases
We map the selected processes step by step and calculate what they cost. For each one we assess whether AI makes sense or something simpler will do.

A test on real data
One process, a working version, real cases from recent weeks. We check whether the answers are good and whether the data is safe.

Integration and training
We connect the solution to your systems and set up permissions. The team goes through a short training session.

Measurement and further processes
After a few weeks we compare the results with how things were before. If it works, we take on the next process.
