What data do we process?

• B2C: personal data of individual clients (first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, address).
• B2B: professional contact details (first name, last name, job title, e-mail, phone number, company name, company address).
• Prospecting: contact details obtained from public sources or prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn, business registers).

Why do we process data?

• Provision of services and performance of contracts.
• Conducting prospecting and initiating business contacts.
• Sending marketing materials – only with consent.
• Statistical analyses and service improvement (e.g. using Google Analytics and Hotjar).

On what legal basis?

• Contract with the client.
• Legitimate interest (B2B prospecting, defense against claims).
• Consent (mass marketing, newsletter).
• Legal obligation (accounting, labor law).

How long do we store data?

• Up to 5 years from the end of cooperation or until consent is withdrawn.
• Longer only if required by law or if proceedings are ongoing.

Who has access to the data?

• Hosting providers, IT services, accounting, marketing/analytics tools, business partners – only to the extent necessary.
• Outside the EEA – only with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
